How to Enter Your Pet:​

• Fill out the entry form below

• UPLOAD YOUR PET’S PICTURE. Pictures from prior contests can not be used. 

• Click SUBMIT.

• Choose Basic Entry for $5 or a Deluxe Entry for $20.

• A basic entry does not include votes.

• A Deluxe Entry includes 15 votes.

• The entry fee is per submission. For example – if you submit a photo with two pets, only one entry fee is due. You may submit multiple, unique entries. No checks or cash are accepted for this promotion.

 

Entry period:

• Now until October 31st, 2024 at 11:59 pm EDT.

 

Photo Requirements:

• No professional photos please.

• All photos should be uploaded in jpeg, jpg or png format and no larger than 25MB.

• Photos should be landscape (horizontal) orientation.

• No humans in photos.

• Pets may be dressed in costumes or outfits.

• Photos taken by a mobile phone are acceptable and should be in the highest resolution possible.

• Pets submitted for the contest must be legal to own in the state of Florida. Entries containing photos of pets that are considered threatened or endangered species will be disqualified.

• If in doubt about your picture, submit it and you will be notified if there is a problem.

• By submitting your pet’s picture, you are agreeing to have your pet's picture publicly displayed on the internet and in any promotional items we may create for the contest. Your personal information that we collect on your entry form will NOT be displayed on the website. Only your pet's name will be displayed.

• Entries will be posted in random order and shuffled everyday on our website.

 

Voting:

• Voting will begin on November 1st and end November 17th.

• Every dollar contributed equals one vote.

• Any person authorized to donate to a political organization in the state of Florida may cast a vote with their monetary donation.

• There is no limit to the number of times someone can vote, or the number of votes submitted.

• The entry fee donation and all votes are donations benefiting the Suwannee County DEC.

Winners:

• The photo with the most votes will be declared the winner on November 18th, 2025.

• The winning photo will appear on the cover of the calendar.

• The next 12 photos with the most votes will appear as the featured photo of one of the 12 months.

• All other entrants will be published as smaller photos throughout the calendar.

Disputes: The Cutest Critter Calendar Committee is the sole authority for resolving any disputes regarding this contest and the decision of The Cutest Critter Calendar Committee is final. The committee may be reached at calendar@suwanneedems.org
